Building homes is in my blood

We are a family of builders, my father, my brother and I.  My 91 year old mother is still living in the house my father built in New Westminster. She loves it and is still tending her rose garden.

Building homes is in my blood you might say. When I walk into someone home I can immediately see details of construction that most people would not notice. How the door jams were installed, the lack of attention to finishing or how well something was built.  How best to use the space and make things flow efficiently.

Houses that sell

In todays market when very few houses are selling you have to know how to prepare your home so that the new buyer will fall in love with it.  For them to love it, you have to show them that you have loved it too. With years of experience as a home builder and renovation expert I can come into your home and immediately show you what are your list of priorities that need attention so that the house will sell.

Tender loving care shows. Clean Clean Clean is first on the agenda. Update your light switched. Put new paint on dirty old walls. The place should smell clean and wonderful. This is just a start. Then there are the repairs and creative finishes that add sparkle and life to the place.

I have done this successfully many times. My last customer who had been trying to sell her home for 3 years. Working with a team of 3 people for 2 weeks the house came alive. The house was listed and an offer  came in within the first week of showings. The deal closed within 1 month of the offer. She was most grateful that with just a small financial investment and my careful guidance she was able to sell and move on with her life.
